go back to basics, have you got a fuel pump that primes and supplies pressure??
exactly how have you fitted the turbo ECU to your car, complete turbo loom or spliced in?? could well be a basic wiring fault??

full car wiring loom with ecu. tried switching cam & crank cables at ecu, still nothing. all plugs are in correctly, got continuity from ecu to plugs in engine bay.. going to try switching ignitor, if nothing still going to try a different ecu.
